Description

2 oz. (59 mL) SPF 30 sunscreen lotion (broad spectrum) to protect skin from harmful UV rays. Features light coconut scent. Not water-resistant. Reapply every 2 hours. Square PE plastic bottle features clear PP plastic flip top. Ingredients: Octinoxate 7.5%, Octisalate 2%, Oxybenzone 4%, Titanium Dioxide 2.5%, Water 61.1%, Cetearyl Alcohol 5%, Xanthan Gum 0.2%, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate 5%, Myristyl Propionate 2%, Propylene Glycol Dioleate 2%, Glyceryl Stearate 2%, Disodium EDTA 0.1%, Glycerin 3%, Ceteareth-25 1.5%, PEG-15 Cocomonium Chloride 1%, PEG-9 Dimethicone 1 %, Fragrance 0.1%. International Shipments

All international shipments must be billed on a third party shipping account number provided by the customer and must ship via UPS or FEDEX. All charges - including duties & taxes - as well as incorrect address and residential delivery charges unpaid by recipient; will be billed net to distributor plus an administration fee. A fee applies for export documentation. Export documentation fees do not apply to shipments sent via UPS or FEDEX.

Handling Fee

Handling fee will be added to total freight amount. Handling fees apply to all orders; including orders shipping on 3rd party account #.

Order Changes

Order Changes-Any changes made to orders after receipt of initial PO must be made in writing via e-mail or fax. Each change will be billed. All changes made the same day as order shipment will be billed. All changes made the same day as order shipment must be received before 3:00 pm EST.

Random Samples

Random Samples-Billed at EQP. If total cost of sample order is less than $5(C) and distributor provides a UPS or FEDEX account number for freight; order will be processed and shipped at no charge. If total cost of sample order is $5(C) or greater; distributor will be charged EQP pricing for the samples plus freight - unless UPS or FedEx account number is provided for freight costs.

Over/Under Runs

Over/Under Runs-Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered; however due to the nature of the manufacturing process we reserve the right to ship 5% (2% on orders 5000 or more) over or under the quantity ordered and invoice accordingly.
