Earplugs in Square Case

Description

Clients will be able to understand what your brand is all about without hearing a peep when you give them these reusable earplugs! They're made of PU foam, measure 1" L x 1/2" diameter, and come in a square PP plastic pocket-sized case that can be taken anywhere. This helps to reduce noise of up to 33 db. Note: this is a novelty promotional item and should not replace the use of your certified sound reduction devices or personal protective equipment when needed. Add your logo to the container with our pad print method and turn up the heat while turning down the volume!

Same Day Rush Service

Complete same day rush orders (PO & Artwork) should be submitted together before 12:00PM EST.

Please contact factory prior to placing order to ensure sufficient inventory and production capacity. Same day rush available on catalog quantities only (max. 2600 pieces); one color/location imprints only; screen/pad/label/Vibratec and laser engrave orders only with the exception of apparel and headwear (based on capacity). Exception: Rush orders for ceramics are limited to 288 pieces or less. Subject to approval. Please note: credit approval will delay production.

Order Changes

Any changes made to orders after receipt of initial PO must be made in writing via e-mail or fax. Each change will be billed. All changes made the same day as order shipment will be billed. All changes made the same day as order shipment must be received before 3:00 pm EST.

International Shipping

All international shipments must be billed on a third party shipping account number provided by the customer and must ship via UPS or FEDEX. All charges including duties & taxes as well as incorrect address and residential delivery charges unpaid by recipient will be billed net to distributor plus an administration fee. A fee applies for export documentation. Export documentation fees do not apply to shipments sent via UPS or FEDEX.

Third party Shipping

Processing and handling fee applies to each ship location per order using a 3rd party account number or billing freight collect.

Random Samples

Billed at EQP. If total cost of sample order is less than $5©and distributor provides a UPS or FEDEX account number for freight order will be processed and shipped at no charge. If total cost of sample order is $5©or greater distributor will be charged EQP pricing for the samples plus freight unless UPS or FedEx account number is provided for freight costs.

Insurance Fee

An insurance fee is applied to every order.

Exact Quantity

Upcharge for exact quantity shipments.

Less Than Minimum

Absolute minimum is 1/2 the minimum catalog quantity. First column pricing applies. LTM orders are only available to standard production orders. LTM fees and first column pricing will apply to all re-orders. Due to the cost of order processing we will not accept orders for less than $100(X) (not including freight).

Handling Fee

Handling fee will be added to total freight amount. Handling fees apply to all orders including orders shipping on 3rd party account #.

Over/Under Runs

Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered; however due to the nature of the manufacturing process we reserve the right to ship 5% (2% on orders 5000 or more) over or under the quantity ordered and invoice accordingly

Assorted Color Policy

Minimum of 50 units per color may be ordered. Not available with less than minimum orders.

Insertion

Insertions requiring individual attention per unit. $0.50 G per piece

Prop 65

We will apply of Prop 65 warning labels to all orders being shipped to the state of California. We must be clearly notified by customer if any or all of their order is to be used or distributed in the state of CA in any fashion.

Blank Orders

Billed at EQP Less 5%. Due to the cost of order processing no orders less than $100 (not including freight) will be processed.
