Description

The Plush Round Gel Hot/Cold Pack has a plush backing and an elastic strap and can be used as a hot or as a cold compress. For hot pack simply place in a microwave for 15 seconds add additional 5 second intervals until desired temperature is reached . For use as a cold pack place it in the freezer for 2 hours. Item Diameter: 5.2 inches. Each pack has printed instructions on the tag.
